LEGAL MEASURES TO PREVENT CONCUSSION IN SPORTS

Abstract
Concussion is considered as a severed injury. From medical aspect, there are no specific medical examination or cure apart from preliminary observation. Athletes are the group of people who have a high risk exposure occur as a result from sport activity. In Thailand there are not sufficient legal measures nor other measures to prevent concussion in sport, in contrary from the United States of America and England, where the measures are clearly addressed.
