บทคัดย่อ
การกระทบกระเทือนทางสมองเป็นการบาดเจ็บที่มีความอันตรายร้ายแรง เนื่องจากการบาดเจ็บดังกล่าว ยังไม่มีวิธีในการตรวจสอบทางการแพทย์ หรือ วิธีในการรักษา โดยนักกีฬาถือได้ว่าเป็นบุคคลที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงที่จะได้รับการกระทบกระเทือนทางสมอง แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ในประเทศไทยกลับยังไม่มีมาตรการป้องกันการกระทบกระเทือนทางสมองจากการแข่งขันกีฬา ที่เพียงพอ ซึ่งจะแตกต่างจากในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาและประเทศอังกฤษที่มาตรการป้องกัน การกระทบกระเทือนทางสมองจะมีความชัดเจนและครอบคลุม
