A COMPARATIVE CASE STUDY OF TAX REFORM IN REVENUE DEPARTMENT LAW IN THAILAND, SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA

Abstract
In the past, Thailand has had to face many changes. Both the global economic crisis and political events. The state is responsible for the economic and social development of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to find more income to cover state expenditures. The main income of the state comes from a tax of over 90 percent of state revenue. However, it is not enough to make enough money for the state's spending by amending tax laws and single tax rates. Tax system and legal structure Taxation of tax authorities has not been updated or changed for a long time. This is a major cause of failure to fulfill the mission of state taxation. The authors propose a reform of the tax law organization of Thailand.
