บทคัดย่อ

Complicated and delayed customs procedures have driven up trade costs in the international trade. The WTO has therefore established the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) as a means of better facilitating trade flows and reducing the trade cost among members. As a long-standing member of the WTO, Thailand has recently ratified
the agreement to comply with its obligations, particularly in matters relating to customs procedures. We strongly advocate for Thailand’s greater commitment to amend the CUSTOMS ACT, B.E. 2469 (1926) to incorporate a complete set of TFA obligations.
