บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง “การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการเกษียณอายุของพนักงานการเคหะ แห่งชาติ: กรณีศึกษาพนักงานผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในส�านักงานใหญ่” พบว่า พนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศหญิง อายุ 45– 49 ปี มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีต�าแหน่งพนักงานบริหารงานทั่วไป
มีปัจจัยทางสังคมด้านสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับมาก (X _ =3.95) มีการเตรียม ความพร้อมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X _ =3.26) ปัจจัยท่ีมีความสัมพันธ์ คือ อายุ
รายไดต้อ่เดอืน จ�านวนปกีอ่นเกษยีณอายุ การรบัรขู้า่วสาร การมสีว่นรว่มในสงัคม สมัพนัธภาพ ในครอบครัว และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากเพ่ือนร่วมงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเตรียม ความพรอ้มกอ่นการเกษยีณอายุ และปจัจยัทมี่อีทิธพิลหรอืรว่มกนัท�านาย คอื อายขุองพนกังาน การรับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุ และการมีส่วนร่วมในสังคม
