The Implication of the Buddhist Ethic for Advanced Progress of School Administrators in the Small-sized Schools

Abstract
The objectives of this desertion was to present the method of the
implication of the Buddhist ethic for advanced progress of school administrators in the small-sized school. This research was conducted based on Qualitative Research Methodology, acquiring the data from documentary resources, including active questionnaire and concluded with analysis approaches. The result of the study found that:The Buddhist ethic, according to the Buddhist literature, could be categorized into 3 levels: basic level: Sila (morality);middle level: 10 Kusalakammapada (10 meritorious actions); and advanced level: Attha-magga (the Noble Eightfold PathsThe Buddhist ethic principles for the advanced progress of the school administrators were Sucarita (Good conduct), Brahmavihara (holy abidings), Sangahavatthu (bases of sympathy), Iddhipada
(path of accomplishment), Saraniyadhamma(states of conciliation) and
Sappurisa-dhamma (qualities of a good man). However, the study summarized the methods of the implication of the Buddhist ethic for advanced progress of school administrators in the small-sized school as followings.The method of
development according to the principle of Tri-Sikkha(Threefold training) and The method of development according to the principle of Bhavana
(cultivation).
