Variables Affecting to A Level of Achievement Motivation of Municipal School Directors

Abstract
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study a level of achievement motivation of municipal school directors2) to examinevariables affecting
a level of achievement motivation of municipal school directors. The
samples consisted of 60 municipal school directors, Department of Local Administration, Ministry of Interior, in the academic year 2016. The data were analyzed by means, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and path analysis.
The findingrevealedthat :
1. The achievement motivation of the school directors was in the high level ( X_ = 4.228). This character was moderate different among those of the school directors (C.V. = 10.448).
2. The variables affecting positively the level of achievement motivation of the school directors were inspiration by the school directors( b = 0.444),
the study of bibliography of famous people of the school directors( b = 0.404), and the future orientation of the school directors (b = 0.235). These three
variables were 82.60 percent explaining the variation of achievement
motivation of the school directorsat the significant level of a=.01
