Leadership Development Guidelines for the Efficiency of Professional Football Club Management

Abstract

The purposes of this research ware 1) to study the leadership situation in the efficiency management of professional football clubs 2) to analyze the relationship between instructional leadership and the professional football club administration 3) to study leadership development guidelines for the efficiency of professional football club management. The survey research which comprised of 341 persons including professional football club administrators, coaches, officials and athletes from the professional football clubs in Thailand and 12 experts who proposed the development of leadership of the administration efficiency of professional football club. The data collected were analysis in mean, standard deviation, percentage, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research finding found that the development of leadership of the administration efficiency of professional football club, variables at high level. When considering each of the variable aspect, ranking from the highest to the lowest level, the highest level was the leadership ( =4.21). The moderate level was professional football club administration ( =4.16), and the efficiency ( = 4.15). Respectively the analyzefinding revealedthat every aspects hadstatistically significant at .01 level, and influence to predictive were independent at 79.7 percent in .05 significance, moreover, the experts confirmed the result is the development in growth and development, football, fan club, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, sport, idealized influence, and lastly on finance.
