The Model Contributing to an Organizational Innovation of Rajabhat Universities in Northeast Thailand

Abstract
The research aimed to study the factors influencing the organization of innovation of Rajabhat Universities in northeastern Thailand. An organization of innovation is important and vital to agencies thanks to the global changes. The organization of innovation is continuously developed. The personnel of the organization have to be equipped with knowledge, competence and creativity in the development for innovation and new elements of knowledge. The samples in the research were 440 personnel of Rajabhat Universities of northeastern Thailand. They were selected by a statistical sampling method and derived by a multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was constructed according to the conceptual framework and its reliability value was 0.84. Data were analyzed by a multiple regression method. The research found that the factors influencing the organization of innovation of Rajabhat Universities had a correlation coefficient value equivalent to 0.780. Variables could predict the organization of Rajabhat Universities by 65.70% with a statistical significance of .05. The factors could be arranged in descending order of significance as follows: culture and values, administration and management of human resources, management of knowledge and information, and evaluation of ideas. Vision and goals, an organizational structure, an organizational leadership, personnel, resources, rewards and recognition, communication and network creation showed no statistical significance of .05.
