Abstract

The main purpose of this research was to evaluate Bachelor of
Education Program in English (5-year program) which was a newly developed program according to TQF 1 and the aims of the study were : 1) program management based on TQF 1 2) satisfaction toward the program of the
fifth-year students and 3) performance and effectiveness of program
management. The results of the program evaluation for the fifth-year students revealed as follow: 1) The program administrators, program staff members, and lecturers were satisfied and strongly satisfied with the program
management. 2) The fifth-year students were strongly satisfied with the 5 dimensions, all major subjects (education-related and major subjects), and
42 courses which every student has to take. 3) Performance and effectiveness of program management was evaluated as the most excellent. The
performances of every student met all the program criteria.
