Abstract

The purposes of this research were to; 1) study the satisfaction of the people towards the services of police officers of Ban Laos Police Station, Nongkungsawan sub-district, Kosumphisai district, Mahasarakham province 2) to compare the satisfaction of people towards the services of the police officers, Ban Laos Police Station, Nongkungsawan sub-district, Kosumphisai district, Mahasarakham province By gender, age, education and occupation

The research was found that: The majority percent of the respondents (51.0 percent) were male. Most of the respondents (31.50 percent) were age between 26-30 years old, and most of them(38.50 percent) were graduated primary school. Majority percent of the respondents (47.90 percent) were farmers and labours.

The overall satisfaction of the people towards the services of the police of Ban Laos Police Station, Nongkungsawan sub-district, Kosumphisai district, Mahasarakham province was at the high mean level (gif.latex?\bar{X}=3.63). While considering in each aspect, it was found that the aspect of community cooperation was at high mean level(gif.latex?\bar{X}= 3.82), the aspect of equal service was at high mean level (= 3.62), and the aspect of sufficient services was at high mean level(gif.latex?\bar{X}= 3.52) respectively.
