Abstract

This research has aims to study; 1) the satisfaction and the suggestions of the people towards the protection and alleviation services of Muang Nong Bua Lamphu Municipality, Muang Nong Bua Lamphu district, Nong Bua Lamphu province. The researchers collected the data from 393 respondents by using questionnaires and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation statistics. The results are as follows;

The respondents (52.16 percent) were male, and 47.84 percent of the respondents were female. The respondents (36.64 percent) were age between 21-40 years old. The respondents (43.0 percent) were age graduated high school and vocational certificate. For the career,the respondents (26.21percent) were freelance.

The overall satisfaction of the people towards protection and alleviation of the people towards protection and alleviation services: 1) fast service, 2) taking care, and 3) equality: was at high mean level.
