Abstract

            The objectives of this thematic paper were 1) study the administrative management achievement of local administrators, 2) to compare the achievement of good governance practices of local administrators. 3) To provide guidance for the promotion of good corporate governance practices of the CFOs. Local The research is a mixture of both qualitative and quantitative research. And quantitative Qualitative research using interviews. It is a tool to collect data from 10 key informants. Use questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The population of the study was 394 persons.

            Results of the research were as follows: 1) The public had opinions on the achievement of the administration according to the principles of good governance of the local government administrators in all six aspects at a high level. Sex Age Education And work status There were significant differences at the statistical level of 0.05, which was not in accordance with the assumptions. 3) The guidelines for the promotion of good governance practices of local administrators. Executives should have a mechanism to control the authority to strictly follow the regulations. Management must work without the benefit of family business or relatives and their own people.
