THE IN-SERVICE SUPERVISION ADMINISTRATION OF BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATORS UNDER KHON KAEN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE OFFICE

Abstract

The this research were to study level of the in-service supervision administration of basic education schools administrators under Khon Kaen primary educational service office in 4 aspects follow : Academic Administration aspect, Personnel management aspect, Budget management and General Administrative. To compare the in-service supervision administration of basic education schools administrators 4 aspects classified by status and sizes of schools. The sample was 570 people. Using Likert scale questionnaire with reliability value at 0.96 The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent variables), one way ANOVA (F-test).

          The results of the research found that : the in-service supervision administration of basic education schools administrators under Khon Kaen primary educational service office as overall at high level.  The results comparison level of the in-service supervision administration of basic education schools administrators under Khon Kaen primary educational service office. Classified by status and  sizes of schools. Found that : Academic Administration aspect and Personnel management aspect were found that have significant difference in the level of statistical significance level at 0 .05  Budget management and General Administrative were found that no difference
