A Study of State and Problems of Individual Development Plan of Teachers of Schools Under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The purposes of this research are to study: 1) state and problems of individual development plan of teachers and 2) compare state and problems of individual development plan of teachers of schools under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 2 classified by sex, age, working experience and school size. The sample is selected from 322 teachers of schools under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 2 by simple random sampling by lottery method. The research instrument used was a five-rating scale. State of individual development plan of teachers questionnaire with the reliability at .95 and problems of individual development plan of teachers questionnaire with the reliability at .89. The statistical tools used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test, F test and LSD.
The results indicates that: 1) as a whole, state of individual development plan of teachers was implemented at a high level and as a whole, problems of individual development plan of teachers was implemented at a low level and 2) teachers with differences in sex not differences in state and problems of individual development plan but teachers with differences in age, working experience and school size of teachers differences in state and problems of individual development plan at the significant level of .05.
