The Participatory Management Approach Affecting School Happiness

Abstract

This quantitative research aims to study the level of participatory administration and happiness in schools, and to analyze the relationship between the main variables and the elements, including the presentation of guidelines for the development of participatory administration that affects school happiness by collecting data from the sample group of administrators and teachers under the schools that passed the safety and health assessment criteria of the Bureau of Labor Safety, Department of Labor Welfare and Health, 376 samples and then analyzing the results using statistical software. The research found that the level of participatory administration and happiness in the school were at a high level, both the main variables and elements As for the characteristics and direction of relationship, it was found that there was a positive relationship in the same direction with statistical significance at the level of .01 while discovering that there is a guideline for developing participatory administration that affects happiness in schools. There are factors influencing to consist of performance tracking, open communication and commitment to the workload with all three factors influencing the happiness in school, 71.9 percent, with a statistical significance of .05 while decentralized elements independent decision and resource support is still a factor that requires more guidelines for development than ever before.
