Abstract

The society consist with rule, law, and social norm to live  together. If there are someone breaking or not follow, they will be punished following those mentioned before. This phenomenon represents the people who create and impose the law to protect the people in the society. The evolution of the human society  has been related with the power of social order. The objectives of social zoning or social order are different, and it is depended on the utility of society and social happiness. That is the root of political thought.
