Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study learning management, 2) to study related factors about learning management relationship, 3) to analyze format of learning management following Buddhist oriented ways in Phisanulok province. The study was a qualitative research. The documentation and field data were used to collect information; consisting of in-depth interviews. There were 17 key Informant selected from purposive sampling. Triangulation analysis was used in terms of data collection, information analysis, and descriptive research by focusing on learning management following Buddhist oriented ways.
The study results indicated that 2) Wangthong District and Nakhon Thai District learning management consisted of Nongphra Sub-District land development learning center (Ant Farming), Wangkabak community forest, Wangthong District’s sustainable sufficient economy community enterprise group, (goat and sheep farm), Ban Rongsom Muang life quality development group, (broom production), Ban Koke (Bai Sri Tray, Lae Haenark, and Tankyuak), Ban Rongkhla (nature tourism following Hmong ethnic cultures), Ban Suanyang (Yang Three Conservation Tourism), and Ban Nonghaew (basket and bag crafts).
2) Internal factors consisted of concrete social capitals, area, air, water, mountain area, mountain water supply, Yang tree. Abstract internal factors were knowledge, ant farming, wedding ceremony, ordination ceremony, Bai Sri creation, Lae Haenark culture, Tankyuak curture, Hmong tradition, internal and external social norm, production capacity, community law and regulations, technology, and community resource conservation. External factors consisted of material price, market, “external investor”, community forest acts, printing technology, government offices, organization, tourism network, and tourists.
3) Learning management following Buddhist oriented ways consisted of Brahma 4, Gharavasa-dhamma 4 and percepts 5. “Have good wished to other people, the trainers are willing to transfer knowledge to the learners.” Be honest; “Knowledge and experience sharing, the learners can use what they learn to be a career in the future,”. Scarify; “Powerful mind for forest protection, everyone should not ignore forest protection or focus on self-advantage to next generations in the futures.”
