To be in line with the Thai government administration context that focuses on quality human resources for effectiveness and efficiency, resulting in the new paradigm that is identity unique to each sector in the government administration, especially in Thai society. For this reason, the presentation of the public administration system for the development of knowledge in public administration according to the working system structure of Thai society necessary for sustainable development, that benefits the people at the grassroots level, as well as enhancing the competitiveness of the country to keep pace with the world.
