The need for Further Study of Master of Education in Educational Administration Mahamakut Buddhist University aims to study the need of pursuing and opinions related to the necessity and importance of curriculum. The samplings were the expected group that desired to pursue master's degree in Educational Administration. They were 375 people from students, personnel from public and private sectors in 6 campus of Mahamakut Buddhist University. The data were the survey of the need of pursuing master's degree in educational administration at Mahamakut Buddhist University. The data analysis was percentage, means and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows:
- The survey responders mentioned that they desired to pursue their Master's Degree which was equivalent of 85.3 percent. The majority of the responded were female teacher with the age ranging from 31 to 40. Graduate Bachelor with the working experiences ranging from 6 to 10 years. The majority also mentioned that they wanted to pursue master's degree without delay which was equivalent of 57.3 percent. The 67.7 percent educationally planned to do dissertation and course study. The 75.5 percent needed to study on public holidays and weekend from 8.30 to 17.10 p.m. The 54.9 percent needed to Lecture in class. The 49.6 percent Invite a famous special teacher from overseas to come to teach. The 93.1 percent study visit both domestically and internationally. The 74.9 percent entrance examination and interview. The 54.7 percent tuition fees are paid but divided into semesters. The 43.2 percent student office with computer and internet.
- Survey respondents have an opinion on further study of master of education in educational administration Mahamakut Buddhist University. Found that there is a high level of opinions. With an average of 4.47 and survey responders agreed at the highest level that master's degree in Educational Administration Mahamakut Buddhist University must be developed in order to respond to the Teacher, Administrator, Primary Educational Service Area Office personnel. While the opinions toward the curriculum were at the highest-level ranging from the highest means to the lowest ones. Moreover, society, learners' competence and nation including work in organization, work unit and self - quality of life needed to be developed.
