The Development of a Management Model of Learning Activities that Promote Skills Creative Thinking for Mathayomsuksa 4 Students.

The objectives of this research were to: 1) Study the guidelines for organizing learning activities that promote creative thinking skills For Mattayomsuksa 4 students by studying documents and interviewing 4 experts. 2) Develop a model of learning activities that promote creative thinking skills For mathayomsuksa 4 students By using the data from Phase 1 to create a model for organizing learning activities Then brought to 5 experts to check the suitability of the learning activity management model before being applied to 30 of mathayomsuksa 4/3 students in the experimental group. 3) Study the results of using the learning activity management model That promotes creative thinking skills for mathayomsuksa 4 students, The sample group used in this research were 30 students in mathayomsuksa 4/2 students in the first semester of the academic year 2019 in Nakha Witthayakhom School. Under the Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization, acquired by simple randomization by group lottery picking throughout the classroom. The tools used in the study were: learning activity plans using the learning activity management model that promoted creative thinking skills for Mattayomsuksa 4 students on the impact of using technology Technology Design course, consisting of 12 plans. The creative thinking skills test about the effect of using technology Design Course for Mathayom Suksa 4 students and multiple-choice type with 4 choices of 30 items. And 4) Assess the pattern of learning activities That promotes creative thinking skills for Mattayomsuksa 4 students by using the questionnaire of Students' satisfaction with organizing learning activities that promote creative thinking skills for Mathayomsuksa 4 students, as a rating scale of 5 levels, consisting of 20 items. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. and hypothesis testing with Dependent Samples t-test (Pre Test – Post Test).
The results show that:
1) The Guidelines for organizing learning activities that promote creative skills for MathayomSuksa 4 students have guidelines for organizing learning activities that promote creative thinking skills in 7 steps, which were: 1) introduction 2) Comparison of similarities and differences 3) Assume that you compare with things 4) Comparison of contradictory pairs 5) Step to explain the definition 6) Creative And 7) Assessment and learning outcomes.
2) The Model of learning activities that promote creative thinking skills for students grade 4 is a structural chart that is related to 5 components, which were: 1) objective 2) theory/principles/concepts 3) conditions and characteristics of learning activities 4) components of learning activities and 5) steps for organizing learning activities. Which consists of the steps of organizing learning activities 7 steps as follows: 1) introduction 2) comparison of similarities and differences 3) assume that you compare with things 4) comparison of contradictory pairs 5) step to explain the definition 6) creative and 7) assessment and learning outcomes. And the evaluation of the learning activity model that promotes skills that promote creative thinking skills for mattayomsuksa 4 students, 5 experts are suitable at the highest level ( = 4.82). 3. The effect of using a learning activity model that promotes creative thinking skills for mattayomsuksa 4 students that the researcher created in organizing learning activities the efficiency (E1/E2) was 85.07 / 85.00 which was higher than the set 80/80 criteria. The effectiveness index (E.I.) was 0.7700 which shows that the students have more advancement in learning 77.00% and the students with study with a learning management style that promotes creative thinking skills for mathayomsuksa four students with the creative thinking skills, learn after studying higher than before at .05 level of significance.
4) the results of satisfaction assessment on learning activities that promote creative thinking skills for mattayomsuksa 4 students, students were satisfied with the learning management which promoted creative thinking. Overall the average is 4.55 with the highest level of satisfaction.
