A Program to Strengthen Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khonkaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 3

The research aimed 1) study the current conditions desirable condition and the necessities of Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) create and verify the suitability of a Program to Strengthen Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 3.The research is divided into three phases : Phase 1, study of current conditions; Desirable conditions and essential needs Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office Phase 2, create and verify the suitability of a Program to Strengthen Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 3. And Phase 3, Assess the appropriateness and feasibility of a Program to Strengthen Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office. The population consisted of 177 school and The sample consisted of 121 school administrators from the Education Area Office, Khon Kaen District 3. The instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire, group discussion record form, and suitability assessment form. Statistics for data analysis include measures such as the mean (x̅), standard deviation (S.D.), and Priority Needs Index (PNI).
The results were as follows: 1. The results of the study the current conditions, desirable condition and the necessities of Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 3. The current conditions of digital innovative leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 3 was generally considered to be at a high level (𝑥̅= 4.32). The desirable condition was generally considered to be at a highest level (𝑥̅= 4.84). And the necessities was digital vision (PNImodified = 0.179), digital creative thinking (PNImodified = 0.173), digital teamwork (PNImodified = 0.138) and creating a digital organizational environment (PNImodified = 0.121) respectively. 2.The results of create and verify the suitability of a Program to Strengthen Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in The Digital Era Under Khon kaen Elementary Educational Service Area Office 3 found that the program's suitability is at a high level.
