Super Leadership of School Administrators Under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract

The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to study Super Leadership of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 and 2) to compare Super Leadership of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The sample group used in the research was 327 teachers under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA).

          The results of the research were as follow: 1) The level of Super Leadership of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, that the overall was at high level (𝑥̅ =3.89). While considering each aspect, it was found as follows: Aspect of Being an Example of Self Leadership (𝑥̅ =4.43), Aspect of Creating Self Leadership (𝑥̅ =4.24), Aspect of Empowerment (𝑥̅ =3.89), Aspect of Creating a Positive Energy (𝑥̅ =3.60), and Aspect of Support and Reinforcement (𝑥̅ =3.24) respectively. 2) Comparing Super Leadership of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5classified by gender, education, and experience found that the teachers’ perception with different genders, levels of education had no difference in Super Leadership and the teachers’ perceptions with different experiences had the different perceptions on Super Leadership of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 with statistically significant at 0.05 level.
