The Factor Analysis of IDG’s Skills Of Academic Staff Under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The purpose of this research was to analyze the component of IDG’s skills of Academic Staff under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample groups used in this research were school teachers and administrators in the academic year 2024, totaling 345 people. 123 school administrators were selected through purposive sampling, while 222 teachers were chosen by using stratified random sampling, based on the proportion of teachers in each district under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) by using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax Rotation.
The research results found that the components of IDG’s skills of Academic Staff under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 consisted of 4 components: 1) Creativity problem-solving displayed factor loadings 12.48 2) Emotional Awareness displayed factor loadings 3.60 3) Open-mindedness in learning displayed factor loadings 2.38 and 4) School vision and mission goals setting displayed factor loadings 2.05. Able to explain IDG’s skills components of school teachers and administrators in school under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 at 68.41 percent.
