Submitted articles undergo initial screening by the editorial board, followed by a peer-review process involving three reviewers in the relevant field. The double-blind peer-review process ensures anonymity for both authors and reviewers.
The evaluation is based on predefined criteria and forms. The entire review process takes approximately 90 days from the date the article is edited according to the recommendations of the editorial team before the article is sent to reviewers for consideration.
Authors are required to address reviewers' comments, and the article may undergo modifications as deemed appropriate by the editorial board.
Accepted articles will receive a letter of acceptance for publication. If multiple reviewers find an article unsuitable for publication, the editorial board will inform the author without returning the original manuscript, and no refund will be provided. The decision of the editorial board is final.
