Objective:

Ganesha Journal publishes research articles and academic articles in the fields of humanities and social sciences, specifically in language and linguistics, literature, and literary theory, as well as societal development. The goal is to generate discoveries and new perspectives within these academic disciplines, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and benefiting the country's development.

2. literature and literary theory

3. societal development.

Publication Policy:

Submitted articles undergo initial screening by the editorial board, followed by a peer-review process involving two reviewers in the relevant field. The double-blind peer-review process ensures anonymity for both authors and reviewers. (Two reviewers effective from Volume 23, Number 1, January – June 2027 onwards).

The evaluation is based on predefined criteria and forms. The entire review process takes approximately 90 days from the date the article is edited according to the recommendations of the editorial team before the article is sent to reviewers for consideration.

Authors are required to address reviewers' comments, and the article may undergo modifications as deemed appropriate by the editorial board.

Accepted articles will receive a letter of acceptance for publication. If multiple reviewers find an article unsuitable for publication, the editorial board will inform the author without returning the original manuscript, and no refund will be provided. The decision of the editorial board is final.

Content Approval:
The content of each article represents the author's perspective, and the editorial board may not necessarily endorse it.

 


Submission Process:

Authors are required to submit their original manuscripts in Microsoft Word format through the electronic journal management system (ThaiJo) available at the website: https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/pikanasan. Additionally, authors should submit the manuscript submission form, the certification of publication form, and evidence of payment of publication fees via email to phikanatesan@gmail.com. The hard copy of the documents should be sent by postal mail.

 

Note for Students:
Students submitting research articles derived from theses or independent research must provide a signed certification from their thesis or research advisor using the submission form for article consideration.

 


Publication Schedule:
Ganesha Journal is issued biannually (2 issues/year)
No. 1 (January-June)  
No. 2 (July-December)  

 


Article Processing Fee:

The article processing fee for each article is 4,500 Thai Baht. (Effective from Volume 23, Number 1 (January – June 2027) onwards)

The payment is made after the article has been preliminarily reviewed by the journal. After that, the article will be reviewed by the experts.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. However, any usage must comply with the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. Furthermore, the journal enforces no embargo period.

All articles published in the Ganesha Journal  are copyrighted by the Graduate School, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. Upon acceptance for publication, the authors agree to transfer the copyright of their articles to the Ganesha Journal for the purpose of publication, dissemination, and copyright management. Ganesha Journal supports the wide dissemination of research findings and permits authors to practice self-archiving. Authors are allowed to deposit the published version in institutional repositories, personal websites, institutional websites, university research repositories, and non-profit academic networks. However, the deposited text must explicitly state that the article was published in the Journal of Graduate Research. Authors must also provide full bibliographic citations of the published version, include the Digital Object Identifier (DOI), if available, and provide a link to the full-text article on the journal's official website. The journal enforces no embargo period for self-archiving.

 


Revenue Sources:

Ganesha Journal is partially funded by the Graduate School, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University; however, this financial support has no influence on the editorial or peer review process. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit.

 


Advertising:

Ganesha Journal does not accept commercial advertisements. All editorial decisions and peer-review processes are based solely on academic merit.

 


Direct Marketing:

Ganesha Journal promotes its publication to target audiences via Line groups, Facebook pages, and various organizations. Furthermore, the journal operates strictly in accordance with its policies, publication ethics, and the standards of the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI) center, with an exclusive emphasis on accountability, transparency, and academic integrity.
