Abstract
Educational Management Startegy Formation for Jarassri Kindergarten School
The objectives of this study were to assess the environment affecting educational management and to develop the educational management’s strategies of Jarassri Kindergarten School, Mueang district Mae Hong Son province.
Population and sample consists of 84 the head of an educational institution committee, teachers, teacher assistances, general service officers, parents and qualified education person. The tools used in this study were the questionnaires, evaluation and synthetic data. The statistics used in this study were frequency and percentage. The study found that the environment affecting educational management consists of the internal and external environment. The external environment was opportunities but the internal environment was weaknesses. The school has developed a strategic plan. The factors and indicators were opportunities to develop and improve the weaknesses of the school. To develop 7 the plans strategy to cover 4 the administration structure and conform to the Early Childhood Education Standards.
