Guidelines for Promoting of Procedural the Internal Supervision of Basic Education Institution Administrators under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The purposes of research were to study the state of internal supervision and guideline for promoting of the procedural internal supervision of basic education institution administrators under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research consisted of 2 procedural steps: 1) studying the state of internal supervision of basic education institutions; the samples were 136 school administrators and a questionnaire were used as a data collection tool with the reliability of .92. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation and 2) Promote guideline of procedural the internal supervision of basic education institution administrators consisted of 2 steps : 2.1) constructing guidelines for promoting the internal supervision; the data collection tool was a questionnaire distributed to collect sufficient data from 5 experts and 2.2) assessing the suitability and feasibility of guideline for promoting the internal supervision; to collect data 30 experts, questionnaire were administrated. The statistical data analysis includes mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1) For the state of internal supervision of basic education institution administrators under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1, there was high level of internal supervision. Ranking order from most to least, the performance of internal supervision was the most. Followed by the evaluation of education supervision, the planning for education supervision, and the survey of the problems and needs of supervision, respectively. 2) For constructing guideline for promoting of procedural internal supervision of basic education institution administrators under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1, a body of message relates to the contents, structures and academic principle, suitable and it’s suitability and feasibility are higher than the criterion that has been set, consisting of 4 clauses 37 practical items: 1) a study of current conditions, problems, and needs of education supervision includes 9 practical items, 2) a planning for education supervision includes 10 practical items, 3) a process for education supervision includes 8 practical items, and 4) the evaluation of education supervision includes 10 practical items.
