Development of Multimedia and Wisdom Culture of Bamboo Cider Organic, Thongsuk Bamboo Garden, Tok Toom Sub-District, Muang District, Lopburi Province

Abstract

               The purposes of the research were to 1) Study the process of making bamboo water cider with the cooperation of Thongsuk Bamboo Park, Tok Toom Sub-District, Muang District, Lopburi Province, 2) to develop multimedia media, local wisdom, making bamboo cider of Thongsuk Bamboo Park, Tok Toom Sub-District, Muang District, Lopburi Province, and to study the satisfaction of multimedia users.. The sample consisted of 30 representatives in the area with purposive sampling. The research instruments consisted of developed multimedia, Multimedia quality assessment form and questionnaire for satisfaction of multimedia users. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of average, standard deviation.

               The research findings showed that 1) the process of making bamboo cider water consists of drilling pure bamboo water. Bamboo propagation, bamboo planting, bamboo cider processing and the benefits of bamboo cider water. 2) The developed multimedia consisted of video media and knowledge media of bamboo cider. It was found that the quality evaluation results of experts Is at the highest level and 3) Result of satisfaction on multimedia media about local wisdom of bamboo cider making is the highest level.
