A Study and Comparison of Problems for Instructional Management of Physical Education Teachers in Primary Schools between Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya and Ang Thong Province

Abstract
The purposes of the research were to study and to compare the problems for instructional management of physical education teachers in primary schools between Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya and Ang Thong province. The population comprised of 142 physical education teachers in primary schools, with the professional practicum school for co- operative and pre- service teacher training, faculty of education, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat university, selected by using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire on problems for
instructional management of physical education teachers in primary schools using (content validity = .94). The statistics method used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Paired-sample T-test.
The results of this research were as follows.
1.The physical education teachers in primary schools both Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya and Ang Thong province had the problems for instructional management. It was divided into four parts: curriculum, teaching activity, place, equipment, and facilities used for teaching, as well as assessment on the evaluation. The total results were at high level.
- 2. For the comparison of problems for instructional management of physical education teachers in primary schools both Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya and Ang Thong province, the result was found the teachers’ classified by educational background had also encountered the problems for instructional management. The research was statistically significant difference at .05 level including with curriculum, teaching activity, and assessment on the evaluation.
