The Mediation of Criminal Dispute at Investigation Level and Reporting

Abstract
According to the mediation act B.E. 2562, the mediation of criminal dispute for investigation level has been investigated by inquiry official in case of compoundable offence and petty offence under the criminal code. The internal criteria have been determined under the regulations of the Royal Thai Police, and criminal case number 2022. It has emphasized officers for receiving reports and criminal case numbers. The accuracy of criminal cases has statistically performed and related into reality. As a result, it was not suitable for injured victim and offender. The litigant could not redress the grievances immediately. It was necessary to change the reporting crime under this act.
