ความไม่เท่าเทียมทางเพศและผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจิต: การวิเคราะห์เชิงวาทกรรมในนวนิยาย “คิมจียอง เกิดปี 82”

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ (1) วิเคราะห์รูปแบบความไม่เท่าเทียมทางเพศที่ถูกนำเสนอผ่านประสบการณ์ของตัวละครในสี่บริบทหลัก ได้แก่ ครอบครัว การศึกษา สถานที่ทำงาน และพื้นที่สาธารณะ (2) ศึกษาผลกระทบสะสมของการเลือกปฏิบัติทางเพศต่อสุขภาพจิตของตัวละครผ่านกลไกความเครียดเรื้อรังและภาระสะสมทางชีวภาพ และ (3) ถอดรหัสวาทกรรมในตัวบทภายใต้กรอบทฤษฎีสตรีนิยมและเพศภาวะ การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงคุณภาพ โดยบูรณาการการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมเชิงวิพากษ์ตามแนวทางของ Norman Fairclough ร่วมกับกรอบทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ แนวคิดระบบปิตาธิปไตย การแสดงออกทางเพศสภาพ ภาระทางอารมณ์และภาระทางความคิด ภาวะทับซ้อนทางอัตลักษณ์ และแนวคิดความเครียดเรื้อรัง โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากนวนิยายคิมจียอง เกิดปี 82 ทั้งฉบับภาษาเกาหลีและฉบับแปลภาษาไทย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวบทนวนิยายนำเสนอความไม่เท่าเทียมทางเพศในฐานะโครงสร้างที่แทรกซึมอยู่ในทุกบริบทของชีวิต และถูกทำให้ดำรงอยู่ผ่านกลไกทางภาษาและการปฏิบัติในชีวิตประจำวัน ส่งผลให้เกิดความเครียดสะสมในระยะยาว ซึ่งนำไปสู่วิกฤตสุขภาพจิตของตัวละครหลัก โดยอาการทางจิตมิได้ถูกนำเสนอว่าเป็นความบกพร่องในระดับปัจเจก หากแต่เป็นผลลัพธ์ของโครงสร้างอำนาจทางเพศที่ทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ข้อค้นพบของการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาษา อำนาจ และสุขภาพจิตในตัวบทวรรณกรรม และมีนัยสำคัญต่อการพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดเชิงสหวิทยาการที่เชื่อมโยงวรรณกรรมศึกษา เพศภาวะ และสุขภาพจิตในบริบทเอเชีย อย่างไรก็ตาม ผลการศึกษานี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ภาพแทนในตัวบท มิใช่ข้อสรุปเชิงประจักษ์เกี่ยวกับสังคมโดยรวม
