วัฒนธรรมอาหารและวิถีสุขภาวะที่สะท้อนในศิลปะพุทธศาสนานิกายเซน : กรณีศึกษาวัดฉงจู้ มณฑลยูนนาน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาลำดับเหตุการณ์ของพุทธศาสนานิกายเซน (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณค่าวัฒนธรรมด้านอาหารและวิถีสุขภาวะที่สะท้อนอยู่ในผลงานพุทธศิลป์ของวัดฉงจู้ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วยการศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสำรวจภาคสนาม (Field Research) การวิเคราะห์ทางศิลปะพุทธศาสนาและการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พุทธศาสนานิกายเซนมีจุดกำเนิดราวคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 6 จากการผสมผสานแนวคิดพุทธศาสนาจากอินเดียเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมจีน โดยมีพระโพธิธรรมเป็นผู้เผยแผ่แนวคิดสำคัญของนิกายเซนเน้นการเข้าถึงธรรมะผ่านการปฏิบัติโดยตรง ไม่ยึดติดตัวอักษรหรือคัมภีร์ ต่อมาในสมัยราชวงศ์ถัง นิกายเซนได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเป็นระบบโดยเน้นการฝึกปฏิบัติในชีวิตประจำวัน ส่งผลให้พุทธศิลป์เปลี่ยนบทบาทจากการเล่าเรื่องทางศาสนาไปสู่การถ่ายทอดวิถีชีวิตและสภาวะการปฏิบัติ ซึ่งเป็นบริบทสำคัญของการก่อรูปวัดฉงจู้และผลงานพุทธศิลป์ภายในวัด (2) ศิลปะพุทธศาสนานิกายเซนของวัดฉงจู้ถ่ายทอดวัฒนธรรมอาหารและวิถีสุขภาวะผ่านโครงสร้างเชิงพื้นที่ สัญลักษณ์ และระเบียบทางทัศนศิลป์ โดยยกระดับการบริโภคอาหารจากกิจกรรมในชีวิตประจำวันสู่กระบวนการปฏิบัติภาวนา วัฒนธรรมอาหารมังสวิรัติ การดื่มชา และจริยธรรมแห่งสติถูกสื่อผ่านสัญลักษณ์ เช่น บาตร ท่าทาง และการใช้พื้นที่ว่าง ซึ่งสะท้อนความสมดุลระหว่างกายและจิต แนวคิดดังกล่าวยังได้รับการแปรความหมายและต่อยอดในงานจิตรกรรมร่วมสมัย ทำให้วิถีสุขภาวะของพุทธศาสนานิกายเซนสามารถอธิบายได้อย่างเป็นระบบภายใต้กรอบทัศนศิลป์ร่วมสมัย
