Guidelines of Participation in School Administration of Basic Educational Committee under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aimed to construct guidelines of participation in school administration of basic education committee under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The procedure consisted of 3 steps. The samples were 127 school administrators and 127 chairman of the basic education and the tool was a questionnaire. The results showed that : The constructed guidelines of participation in school administration of basic education committee of administration of school administrators under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office were consistent with the content, structure and academic principle, suitable and possible more than determined criteria for 4 components within 47 practical items as follows: 1) academic administration including 14 practical items such as to participate the school curriculum planning and to participate to encouraged students in the service area to obtain education , 2) budget administration including 11 practical items such as to participate the planning of using budget ’s school, 3) personnel administration including 10 practical items such as to participate supporting teachers to follow the code of ethics of teaching profession and morale enhancement and encouragement for teachers, and 4) general administration  including 12 practical items such as to participate to checking and evaluation of general administration systematically and to participate supporting resource mobilization for education.
