The Relationship Between Participative Management and Teacher Teamwork of Non-formal and Informal Education Office in Sakeaw Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to investigate 1) The level of participative management 2) The level of teacher teamwork and 3) The relationship between participative management and teacher teamwork of Non-formal and Informal Education office in Sakeaw province. The populations in this research were school director and teacher. Number 178 people use purposive sampling. The tools used in this research were questionnaire. The valuation metrics 5 level. The statistics used in data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research findings were as 1) The level of participative management were at the high level as a whole and in each aspect 2) The level of teacher teamwork were at the high level as a whole and in each aspect and 3) The relationship between participative management and teacher teamwork of Non-formal and Informal Education office in Sakeaw province relationship were at the high level and was significant at .01 level.
