The Development of SMEs Entrepreneurship in Uthai District of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This research Guidelines for the Development of SMEs Entrepreneurship in Uthai district Ayutthaya province. The objectives are 1) to study the business operations of SMEs 2) to management of SMEs Entrepreneurship in planning, organization, leading and controlling 3) and to Compare the management of the SMEs Entrepreneurship in Uthai district Ayutthaya province based on personal factors. The 243 respondents were sampled and questionnaires were administered. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentages, mean, and standard deviation, to determine significance level of .05. The findings of the research include the following: 1) The Information on the operations of SMEs business found that the majority of the single owner businesses are 65.80 percent. The labor force is rare are 41.20 percent.  The share capital is not registered are 74.10 percent. Needs and wants for the government to help in tax reduction or tax exemptions are 28.80 percent. The problems to expend the markets are 37 percent or 2) The management of SMEs entrepreneurs found that the management of SMEs entrepreneurs, in Uthai district Ayutthaya province overall average were at a high level ( = 3.74 and SD = 0.70) when considered in details most agree that the management of SMEs entrepreneurs are high in all aspects. Or 3) The test of the difference between the personal factors and the management level of SMEs entrepreneurs found that size of the establishment, form of legal, fixed assets and duration to conduct business are differently same as the management level of SMEs entrepreneurs are different. A significance level   of 0.05.
