Proposition of Guidelines on Development Toward World-Class Standard School of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to construct guidelines, study suitability and feasibility of the guidelines on development toward world – class standard School of phranakhon si ayutthaya primary education service area office 1. The samples comprised 5 educational scholars, 17 educational experts, 127 school administrators. The instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed via median, inter-quartile range, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the guidelines on development toward world – class standard School of phranakhon si ayutthaya primary education service area office 1 were punctual according to the content, structure and academic principles. They were appropriate and feasible to be employed in the schools for preparing and becoming world – class standard. The guidelines comprised 3 steps of development with 3 aspects of 78 items:  1) 15 items of curriculum development, for example conferences to educate, raise awareness, and clarify the purpose of the curriculum to meet international standards for personnel, school information system provides a comprehensive and up to date, school curriculum in line with the vision, mission, goals, plans or strategies of the school. 2) 39 items of learning management like workshops for teachers to develop knowledge-based curriculum to ensure that teachers can promote a learning environment, and facilities to help the students to learn and meet international standards, support teachers to do activities for the students to learn from experience, enable learners can develop a heightened loved reading and the learning continue. 3) 24 items of teacher development such as all teachers creating awareness and understanding about the concept. learn how to reform the international standards deeply, encouraging the teachers to use English to communicate, and using technology in learning management.
