The Condition and Problems of Good Governance Implementation of Officials of Sub-District Administration Organizations in Amphur Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

              This research aimed to study condition and problems of good governance implementation of officials of Sub-district Administration Organizations in Amphur Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The samples group consisted were 206 officials of Sub-district Administration Organizations in Amphur Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results indicated that : 1) As a whole, the good governance implementation was at a high level,  when each aspect was considered, it was found that all aspects were at a high level,the operation of the good governance implementation can arrange in order from most to least as follows: responsibility ,morality, the rule of law ,accountability ,participation, cost-effectiveness or economy, 2) the good governance implementation consisted of 6 problems as follows,  2.1) the rule of law: the sub-district officials did not public relation a code of law to people know about right and performance, 2.2) morality: the sub-district officials go to work late, 2.3) accountability: the sub-district officials did not have plan step to work in each relates, 2.4) participation: the sub-district officials did not community about the projects have effect to group of people and not give people the chance to participate in expressing their opinions about organization operate, 2.5) responsibility: the sub-district officials did not to service people on take lunch break, 2.6) cost-effectiveness or economy: the sub-district officials did not use budget proper to the project.
