People’s Participation in Performance Procedure of the Three-Year Development Plan (2013-2015) of Wat Yom Sub-District Administration Organization at Bang Pa-In in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study people’s participation levels in the Three-year Development Plan (2013-2015) of Wat Yom Sub-district Administration Organization at Bang Pa-in in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya ; and 2) compare the people’s participation levels in the Three-year Development Plan classified by personal factors. The samples were 339 people having right as electors in Wat Yom Sub-district Administration Organization area. The research instrument was         a questionnaire. The statistical analysis was performed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD. The statistical significance was set at .05.  The findings revealed as follows : 1) The people’s participation in performance procedure of the Three-year Development Plan was at moderate level as a whole; additionally, the participations were named respectively with the means from high to low levels when each one was considered: participation in performance, thinking, decision, and following up and assessment; and 2) differences in the people’s ages, level of education, occupations and income per month affected differences in their participation in performance procedure of the Three-year Development Plan (2013-2015) of Wat Yom Sub-district Administration Organization at Bang Pa-in in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya.
