A Study of Readiness and Supportive Guidelines of Readiness for Internal Quality Assurance Implementation of Special Education Centers under the Bureau of Special Education, Group 1 and 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the readiness of internal quality assurance implementation of Special Education Centers under the Bureau of Special Education, Group 1 and 2, and 2) propose supportive guidelines of readiness for internal quality assurance implementation of Special Education Centers, under the Bureau of Special Education, Group 1 and 2. The samples were 144 administrators and teachers of Special Education Centers. The samples were 24 administrators derived through the purposive sampling and 120 teachers derived through the simple random sampling. The research tool for data collection was a questionnaire of readiness and supportive guidelines of readiness of internal quality assurance implementation of Special Education Centers. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that: 1) Most Special Education Centers were not ready for internal quality assurance implementation. The readiness of procedures was at a low level. 2) The supportive guidelines of readiness for internal quality assurance implementation of Special Education Centers showed that the suitable and possible factors of 72 items of implementation consisted. The factors in the operation of 23 items. The step of implementation consisted of 49 items.
