Guidelines for the Administration of Knowledge Center of Chachoengsao under Chachoengsao Municipality using Modified Delphi Technique

Abstract

This study is a future research. The purpose to study the guidelines for the administration of Knowledge center of Chachoengsao using modified Delphi technique. The samples were 19 participants of the director and the deputy director of Thailand Knowledge Park, the director of living library in form of Knowledge Park, the director of university library and the administrative officers of Knowledge Park. The research instruments consisted of  questionnaires on administrative guidelines of Knowledge center of Chachoengsao which were used for the second time of data collection and questionnaires on appropriate administrative guidelines of Knowledge center of Chachoengsao. The statistics used in data analysis were median and range between quartile. The research findings were in the PDCA style as follows: The aspect of physical management: the Knowledge center of Chachoengsao was planned and designed the inside and outside environment and atmosphere to be relaxed, neat and clean including using natural lights and proper air conditioner system (P). The aspect of content and activity management:    Knowledge center of Chachoengsao planned activities in order to promote learning needs of the target group (P). The aspect of service management: Knowledge center of Chachoengsao created teams in order to provide proactive services to users and person who has never used the services (D). The aspect of personnel management: Chachoengsao municipality improved the development plan for officers and developed the personals continually (A). The aspect of management: Knowledge center of Chachoengsao improved the operating plans in accordance with the analysis results of development plan of Knowledge center (A).
