People’s Expectations on Public Administration of Bangyeetho Sub-district Administrative Organization Bang Sai District Pranakorn Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

               This study aimed to: 1) investigate people’s expectation on public administration of Bangyeetho Sub-district Administrative Organization Bangsai district in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya; and 2) compare the people’s expectations on Public Administration classified by their personal factors. The samples were 373 voters at Bangyeetho, Bangsai in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The instrument was a questionnaire, and the statistical analysis was performed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and LSD with the statistically significant level specified at .05. The findings revealed as follows: 1) High level of the people’s expectation on Public Administration revealed as a whole;  when each aspect was considered, it revealed that high levels revealed on the development naming respectively: infrastructure, society, economy, natural resources and environment, politics and administration, and public health; and 2) Differences of the people’s gender did not significantly affect to their expectation on public administration; but differences in the people’s ages, education levels, careers and average salary significantly affected to their expectation on public administration.
