A study of the Relationship between the Transformational Leadership and the Conditions of Information and Communication Technology Management of Schools under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The research aimed to study : 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators, 2) the conditions of information and communication technology management of schools, and 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership and the conditions of information and communication technology management of schools. The sample group consisted of 127 school administrators. The instrument was five-point rating scale questionnaire about the level of transformational leadership of school administrators with reliability coefficient of .94 and the conditions of information and communication technology management of schools with reliability coefficient of .96. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings indicated that : 1) as a whole, the transformational leadership of school administrators was at a high level, 2) As a whole, the conditions of information and communication technology management of schools was at a high level and 3) The transformational leadership of school administrators had relationship with the conditions of information communication technology management of schools at the significant level of .05.
