Legal Problems Relating To the Expropriation of Immovable Property without Documents of Rights

Abstract

                The researcher has the objective of the legal measures relating to the expropriation of immovable property of people who do not have the rights of Thailand and foreign countries and in order to know the problems and analyze the cause of such problems and find the legal measures related to solving problems including suggesting the effective ways to solve such problems and be able to enforce compliance with the law.

               The results of the study found that there should be additional improvements or amendments to the immovable property expropriation act, 1987 and amended before the cabinet resolution which will be in accordance with the legal order and will make the cabinet resolution consistent with the current law both in the payment of compensation to the people who took possession of the land before or after the date of enforcement and including the rules and methods of payment for moving, relocating buildings, perennial buildings, biennial plants that should be defined as the same standard and make the genuine fairness.
