The Model of Kitchen Learning Resource Development with Participatory Community in Ban Non-Khoi, Nong Phluang Subdistrict, Chakkarat District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

The purposes of the research were 1) to develop the model of kitchen learning resource with participatory community; and 2) to evaluate the development model. This research was quantitative, a questionnaire was used from a total population of 509 people, selected by a random sample of 227 people who could provide information in the community. The study has been analyzed by descriptive statistics. The correlation and corroborative components (CFA) have been analyzed with reference statistics. The model development and the draft assessment have been proved by 5 experts. The Index of Conformity (IOC) was at the level of 0.60 or higher. The results of the draft model assessment were used to develop a suitable model. For the learning resource development model, it was consistent with empirical data (X2-test = 112.58, df = 74, p = 0.05240, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.98.) In terms of the model evaluation, there was 4 main components. The community context had 4 aspects and 20 items. The development elements had 7 sides, 27 items. For the development process, there were 6 processes, 17 items; and factors affecting development had 2 factors, 13 items, and a total of 77 items.
