The Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in Eastern Bangkok Group

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the innovative leadership of school administrators in the opinions of the teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Eastern Bangkok Group classified by educational level, work experience, and school size. The sampling was obtained by a multi-stage random sampling. In the research, the samples were
357 teachers. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a concordance index of 1.00, and the reliability was 0.991. For the data analysis, the statistics were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) technique, according to Scheffé' s multiple comparison method.
The research finding ware as follows: 1) The level of innovative leadership of school administrators in the opinions of the teacher under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Eastern Bangkok Group overall was at the high level. 2) Teachers with different level of education, their opinions on the innovative leadership of school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Eastern Bangkok Group overall were significantly different at the .05 level. 3) Teachers with different level of work experience, their opinions on the innovative leadership of school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Eastern Bangkok Group overall and in each aspect were significantly different at the .05 level. 4) Teachers with different level of school size, their opinions on the innovative leadership of school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Eastern Bangkok Group overall were significantly different at the .05 level.
