Organizing Activities to Enhance Learning Experiences for Creative Thinking Skills of Early Childhood Children in the 21st Century

Abstract
The purpose of this research Objective 1. To develop creative thinking skills for early childhood in the 21st century by using organizing activities to enhance learning experiences. 2. To compare creative thinking skills for early childhood in the 21st century before and after organizing activities to enhance learning experiences. The sample group used is early childhood male and female aged 4-5years. Kindergarten 3, Semester 1, Academic Year 2024. Demonstration School, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, Nafai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province, 25 people, Using purposive sampling. The research instruments consisted of: 1) 24 activity plans to enhance learning experiences to develop early childhood creativity skills in the 21st century 2) Early childhood creativity skills assessment 3) Early childhood creativity skills test. Research design The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data were analyzed using the mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent.
The research results found that organizing activities to enhance learning experiences is a systematic thought process from direct experience. Early childhood have the ability to solve problems and create new works or knowledge, which affects their feelings of appreciation and acceptance of themselves, Have the courage to express yourself and have self-confidence, which are creative skills in the 21st century. Which are characteristics of creativity in the 21st century. In conclusion, the research results are consistent with the research hypothesis. It is statistically significant at the .05.
