ควำมปรกติใหม่ทำให้รูปแบบการดำรงชีวิตของประชาชนแตกต่างไปจากเดิมเนื่องจากสถานการณ์ ที่เกิดขึ้นที่วโลกในขณะนี้ นั่นคือ การระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ดังนั้นการปรับตัวแลการปรับเปลี่ยนการใช้ชีวิตจะช่วยให้ทุกประเทศได้รับความปลอดภัยและผ่านพ้น วิกฤติครั้งนี้ไปได้ด้วยดี ทุกองค์กรต้องปรับเปลี่ยน การทำงานจากเดิม รวมถึงห้องสมุดก็จำเป็ นต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนในด้านการให้บริการและการส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศซึ่งเป็นภารกิจสำคัญที่ห้องสมุดต้องดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องและต้องปรับเปลี่ยนให้สอดคล้องกับ ภาวะความปรกติใหม่
