Public Satisfaction towards Soldiers' Performance in Waeng District, Narathiwat Province ความพึงพอใจ, การปฏิบัติงานของทหาร

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) public satisfaction towards soldiers' performance in Waeng District, Narathiwa Province, 2) the factors in soldiers' performance in Waeng District, Narathiwa Province, and 3) the factors in soldiers' performance affecting public satisfaction in Waeng District, Narathiwa Province. The samples were 120 household representatives in Waeng District, Narathiwa Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .944. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and linear regression analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) The public satisfaction towards soldiers' performance in Waeng District, Narathiwa Province was overall and each aspect at a highest level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspects with the highest mean were public service and occupation, respectively. 2) The factors in soldiers' performance in Waeng District, Narathiwa Province were also overall and each aspect rated at a highest level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspects with the highest mean were confidence, recognition, communication, and participation, respectively. 3) The factors in soldiers' performance affecting the public satisfaction in Waeng District, Narathiwa Province were significantly correlated at the .001 level. When each aspect was considered, the factor in terms of communication was also significantly correlated at the .001 level, while confidence was significantly correlated at the .01 level. Besides, participation and recognition were significantly correlated to the public satisfaction towards soldiers' performance at the .05 level.
