Abstract

The present study aimed to 1) investigate the effectiveness of internal education quality assurance management 2) study the personal characteristic factors affected the logical relations towards the effectiveness of internal education quality assurance management 3) study the factors affected the internal performance and 4) propose some recommendations for solving any obstacles in internal education quality assurance management at Aerial Reinforcement Division, Border Patrol Police Bureau, Cha-am district, Phetchaburi province. The subject in the study consisted of 146 police who were in-charge in the area. The data collection was done by a questionnaire which reliability was .969. The statistical devices used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression. The findings revealed that 1) the overall effectiveness of internal education quality assurance management was at the highest level. Besides the factors affected the internal performance was at high level. The factor which had the highest percentage was organizational management. 2) The finding also revealed that age which was one of the personal characteristic factors was the important indicator for applying the evaluation into action. There was a statistical significance at the level of .05. 3) There was a statistical significance at the level of .001 towards the internal performance affected to the effectiveness of internal education quality assurance management. When consider each factor, the factors which had a statistical significance at the level of .001 was organizational management and communication factors, while working environment factor was statistical significance at the level of .01. 4) There are some recommendations for improving the effectiveness of internal quality assurance management. The findings revealed that the implementation of internal quality assurance is very important and the commanders who are in-charge need to emphasize this notion in order to make sure that their personnel has more improvements for working performance. Besides, the budget should be prioritized for the internal education quality assurance as well.
