Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) Level of work life quality of Municipality Officers, Tayang District, Phetchaburi Province 2) the factors affecting work life quality had relationship with work life quality of Municipality Officers, Tayang District, Phetchaburi Province. The Samples were 122 person from municipality officers in Tayang Sub-District, Nongchok Sub-District, Talaeng Sub-District and Tamairoug Sub-District, Tayang District, Phetchaburi Province. Descriptive statistics were percentage, mean.Inferential Statistices were chi-square test and multiple regression analysis.Research found that; 1) Work life quality of Municipality Officers, Tayang District, Phetchaburi Province overall were at high level. Factors were at high level such as safety of work place, condition of management, work efficiency development, career path. Factors were at medium level such as sufficiency of compensation 2) Factors affecting work life quality was in casual relationships with work life quality of Municipality Officers were statistically significant at the 0.001
